In my "Thanks for your support" post last week I mentioned that I would be sending a special card to all of my friends who have been so supportive to me while I battle Hodgkin's lymphoma. I'm also making each of them a special gift, a decorated note pad. I work for UPS, so my coworker friends will receive this note pad. I used this same design several years ago on a calendar page. This image is A Muse's ice cream truck, with the ice cream cone and music notes masked off. The "special delivery" sentiment is also from A Muse.
