Home Is Where Your Mom Is

Happy Mother's Day! I'm back with a quick post for the card I made my mom this year. I think the sentiment on this card (from A Muse) is one of my all time favorites, and it's definitely how I feel about my mom.

I recently picked up a package of ATC sized sticky back canvas. I decided to try out a piece for this card and covered it with Distress Ink to create the sky background. The cloud was die cut from felt and I die cut the house from the Love Lives Here collection and inked the heart punch out with red to make it pop. The background paper is from Memory Box.

Gotta run. My family is about to come over for Mom's Day brunch. Crepes with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Yum!
