Birthdays are Better in Flip Flops

Hi, I'm back with a card I made for a birthday card order from my co-worker.  She requested something summery and blue for her sister-in-law, whose birthday is in July.  PTI's Flipping Out set immediately came to my mind.

I die cut the hearts from fun foam as an extra touch of dimension for the flip flop straps.  The card recipient is turning 30 this year, and I thought the "30" brad from the Dear Lizzy Neapolitan collection was an appropriate addition to the tag.
