PTI Celebrating the Past, Present & Future: 2007

I'm back with a project to celebrate Papertrey Ink's ten year anniversary!  I only have one of the sets showcased from 2007, but it's been awhile since I've shown it some love, so I'm glad I had the chance to break it out and use it.  It's always good to have a baby card in your stash, so that's what I decided to make, and focused on the cute sailor hat from Out to Sea.  I also combined it with a sentiment from Bitty Baby Blessings (which you'll see featured in another post very soon) and the Out to Sea patterned paper.  A simple and sweet card for a new baby boy.
